Reviews (from Google)

If you have complaints about the Staff Zone in Eastpoint, Georgia on Dunlap, just know Google Reviews won’t fix this. You need to file with the EEOC and reach out directly to Andrew Estes, the new ATL Area Manager. You can find his contact info on LinkedIn—don’t waste time hoping corporate will magically see your feedback. That said, I do like Andrew Estes so far. He seems like a solid move in the right direction. But let’s be real—whoever’s answering these posts is probably sitting in the East Point office, not Roswell HQ. Because if leadership at the top had actually read nearly two years of negative reviews, someone would’ve stepped in a long time ago. Now for the current situation: the woman working the window is visibly pregnant and about to give birth any day. Who’s lined up to take her place? Anyone in that role—handling staffing, HR tasks, and interacting with the public—must be credentialed, trained, and have a proven track record in this field. Walk into the back room and it’s chaos. Files and boxes everywhere. Toys scattered all over. Sensitive personal info is not being stored or safeguarded in a way that meets professional standards. That’s not just messy—that’s a liability. This location deserves better. So do the workers who rely on it.

I surely hope your workers do a better job than your drivers. There are a lot of people trying to get to places. Your driver is no more important than anyone else and should not disregard safety Van sz3601
