Rudely treated by one of their workers. This woman pushed one of the wagons filled with bins into my daughter then said that sorry o=and excuse me are not a part of her vocabulary. In a public service business this is totally unprofessional and should not be tolerated.That is her photo up above

On May 31st, 2024 about 4pm, we were sitting outside the passenger pickup at the Orlando International Airport. Elizabeth, a Southeast employee there to keep traffic flowing, encountered a woman distraught not knowing where to go, she wanted to leave her car, Elizabeth, first calmed her, reassured her and calmly explained where she should go, and gave simple instructions. All in her non native language. I had to approach and commend her, asked her name and assured her she was amazing. Southeast, you should be honored to have such a special lady employed. Make her your trainer!
