I still remember about first day of Pharmahood Consultants currently known as Snapseaarch, it was very nice, comfortable atmosphere. I dnt feel that Ashika ma’am is our boss, she treated us like her family members. She makes us so comfortable for work, she knows we are freshers and accordingly that she teach us, how to talk with candidate, phone etiquette, everything which I have learned is from Ashika Ma’am. We used to celebrate evey occassions. Its been 10 -11 years. We still in touch. She is very powerful woman I have ever met. Very good, gentle, humble boss, I have ever worked so far. Thank you so much Ashika Ma’am for giving me first job as HR of my career. I will be always grateful to you. 🙏

Working with snapseaarch is a great experience and a great learning. I have learnt many things like how to communicate, how to be formal in our tone ,time management and many more things.I learn many things about Marketing as well as HR field and our mentor over here is also so good and the work environment is also positive so overall my experience is very good in snapseaarch.

As this was my first experience in the corporate world, SnapSeaarch helped a lot to better this experience the best part that I felt there is no work load, Ashika ma’am is very supportive and understanding even if we made mistakes she never scolds us because she understands that we are here for learning.
I am happy that I started my journey with this company.
