My mom went to bring a resume yesterday and the person at the reception (an older lady) was unfriendly and rude. What he responded was that at this time there were no vacancies (he said it in a loud and unkind tone) and my mother told him that he could still leave her in case something came up, and she replied “no, you can’t leave her” (again with a rude tone).
To the company I say, please hire a person for the reception who can be the face of the company initially, even my mother could do that lady’s job with more love and respect for people.
