I was referred to Strategic Employment Partners by an ex-colleague of mine who used their services to fill a developer role in his department this past summer. I was a bit skeptical at first as I’ve had some poor experiences working with recruiting firms in the past. That said, I had some pressing needs for a couple Senior Developers to build out some AI automation and analytics features for my company’s e-commerce platform so I contacted Darren Mabashov who my ex-colleague worked with.
