I worked for them with Cognizant for about 6 months, they hired me right out of Montana and had me come down. I worked with some wonderful people, it’s a high stress job as they move fast in a short amount of time. But they work together as a team and I’d recommend anyone to apply to that company.

Yes. Definitely this is a fake firm. Some day, I received a call from a Tech recruiter of this firm (Saurabh S) asking desperate my resume. He offered me at least get an interview with the Recruiter Manager. After two days, I called him to follow up, but never answered me, no way to leave a message, never called me back. BE CAREFUL!!! It’s a fake firm.

Reqroute is one of the worst firms to associate with- I’ve worked with 3 recruiters over the past 2 years- they are very prompt about collecting your Driver’s license & EAD copies & last 4 digits of ssn. They will even promise a interview date & then be totally out of touch. There’s no way to reach them via phone or email.
Since my experience is the same with 3 different recruiters from the same firm, I believe this is their style of business- very unprofessional.
