If you’re looking for a healthcare staffing agency that will sponsor you for green card, THIS IS NOT the right agency to sign up for. They may give you a job and get profit from it but in the end, you will NEVER get approved, jeopardizing your ability to work legally. Don’t put your dreams into their hands! Search the web and you will see their class action related to H1B workers. They also do business as RN Staff Inc. You’ve been warned!

They are the worst agency ever they jeopardize your future, twist the truth and blame you for everything. Do not choose them because they will just just use you for their own benefit but they will never fix your papers. Do not choose Rehability care, they have other names like RNStaff ( lots of names). They are many health workers who complained about them, research about them better not call these people.

Aside from the wonderful staff and active recruiting, the management did not mention their class action related to H1B workers (Panwar et. al. v. Access Therapies et. al.) and did not follow through with the terms of my contract (providing green card) stalling and jeopardizing my ability to work.
