“Great” application process.
I spoke to this recruiter, she had ZERO idea about my job, read everything from a piece of paper and wanted to explain to me what my industry looks like.
After three weeks the cancellation was emailed.
Okay, whatever, there’s nothing you can do.
After 1 1/2 months the call, precisely because of this rejection.
Of course the rejection again.
To me that means they don’t take job seekers seriously anyway.
Send out any standardized emails where only the name is used, the text is always the same anyway.
So, everything is “great”.
