First of all, they told us the price for the services in usd as they were listed in usd on their flyers too but at the end when we paid, they asked us to pay converting from euro and not usd. Second, we took the package with 45 minutes massage but they did only around 25-30 minutes. I suppose because it was late and the maseurs wanted to go home but they could refuse us from the beginning. The massage was good but really fast. And the third thing that bothered me is that at the hamam, the lady who massaged me washed my face with shampoo! Not a super clean spa, towels are old and don’t smell fresh, I don’t suspect that they are not washed but definitely they are not properly cleaned as it should be in a massage place.

This is one of the best of the hotel spas in Istanbul. The masseuses are well trained and give an excellent service. I especially recommend the body scrub afterwards. Only 3 minutes walk from Vezneciler metro station
