during my time working with Zeal, i have encountered nothing but perfect circumstances. while the office is open for business, the employees are always pleasant and willing to offer assistance. even when the office was closed, the person on call was always able to answer any inquiries that arose regarding the locations of the various facilities. also, it is extremely flexible, and you are not obligated to put in a predetermined number of hours each month. i’m delighted i decided to join the zeal team.

Are you looking for a job where you get to pick when you work and make great pay? Zeal is the place to go! I’ve worked for zeal for almost a year and a half and I have no complaints. Very friendly and welcoming supervisors who are quick to return any call, email, or text with any questions or concerns.

The RN that came to our SNF unit last night was one of the worst nurses I have worked with in 30 + years in this business.
She sat at the nurses station on her phone all night. And not just on her phone but watching Tik tok videos. Twice I had to ask her to turn the volume down as I could hear it from my patients rooms.
There was a crashing sound coming from a pt’s room and not even that pulled her away from her phone. She didn’t answer call lights, she didn’t lay eyes or check in on my patients.
I had a call light ignored for 25 minutes while I was on lunch.
I could go on but you get the point. Our jobs are difficult enough the way it is, but to work with complete lack of professionalism makes it that much harder.
