I am disappointed in Xactimate. After being a customer for 20 years I was refused an additional license in October to add to our acct during a storm on a month to month basis simply because my other license was acquired on an annual basis. They REFUSED to give me an additional license unless I paid for it through the end of April like my other license……….how is this good business practice for someone who has been a customer for 20 years.

The campus includes covered parking and a variety of recreation facilities. The fitness gym is impressive. Free fruit and snacks are provided daily. Free yoga classes with a live certified instructor are on Mondays and Wednesdays. Most of the folks here are quite friendly. A recent reorganization with more outside control has fractured the company into service organizations. They still do a good job and produce great products. I can only speak for my department, but here they maintain a good work/life balance.
