I can’t say enough good things about the Staples in Allen—especially Michael. As a small business owner, finding reliable, professional service means everything, and that’s exactly what I got here. I needed business cards and flyers printed, and while the first order wasn’t quite right (totally my design error), I was ready to pay again for a reprint—$100, which is honestly a great price for the quantity. But Michael went above and beyond. Instead of charging me again, he kindly suggested I bring the cards back and do a trade-in. He absolutely could’ve charged me, and I wouldn’t have questioned it—but he chose to help me out instead. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. Thanks to Michael and the amazing team here, Staples has earned all of my printing business for the rest of my career. Highly recommend this location to anyone who values great service and professionalism!

Takes forever to pick something up and they never answer the phone. When I was in the store waiting in line for 25 mins the phone overhead rang the whole time! There were people in tech and customer service just standing there not answering. I won’t be using this location again
