I can’t say enough about the incredible service we received from this UPS Store during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Just 48 hours before my father in law’s funeral, the company we originally trusted to handle his obituary programs completely backed out. We were devastated and scrambling. Enter Brett and his amazing team. From the moment we reached out, they treated our situation with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. They made printing 100 beautifully crafted obituary programs a top priority—on extremely short notice—and even took the extra step to fold the majority of them for us. What truly moved us was that Brett came in on what was supposed to be his day off, while celebrating his sweet daughter’s birthday, just to ensure everything got done. That kind of dedication and heart is rare. Their communication was clear, timely, and supportive throughout the process. We were completely blown away by how hard they worked to deliver under pressure. Thanks to them, we had one less thing to worry about during an incredibly stressful time. Very upset I had to give these guys a two star review. Whenever I come in, they are always so nice, fast, and professional. Unfortunately, the short older gentleman had none of those skills. He was on the phone with some lady talking about politics and cursing while on speaker and then told me to “hold on”. I still recommend coming to this establishment when the two younger gentlemen are there hence why I’m giving it a two star and not a one star.
