I am unable to understand the value proposition of this firm. Upon reaching out to them, they respond with a form letter indicating that they are not able to communicate with individuals directly – but to make sure they receive an updated copy of your resume for their files.
So… how is this place any different than any other ‘job/applicant matching platform?’ If all they do is aggregate and collate resumes to scan with matching programs – then they’re no different from any other company.
What is the value-add of a platform where they offer no interactions with actual humans?
