I wish I didn’t have to leave any stars, but this company is horrible. We booked a load for them through Schneider on Tuesday. Load picks up Wednesday at 10am and supposed to deliver Thursday by 4pm. Truck never shows up Thursday. Dispatch said it was delivered, but will send proof tomorrow. It was not delivered and then today we try to confirm where the driver is. You call them and of course no answer, and their voicemail is full for all prompts #1 Dispatch, #2 Accounting, #3 Safety, #4 after hours emergency (this one kicks back into system) it then tells you that the destination mailbox if full and it disconnects. I don’t care if the driver is going to be late and we understand that delays do happen, but communication is key. This company is not professional, I don’t recommend ever considering them for your business.
