If you are looking to obtain a position with this company, be aware … there are some people within this company who not only demonstrate unprofessional behavior but will send rude and attacking correspondence within a hiring process. They take little to no time waiting for documents they have requested and then accuse you of not getting them the information once sent. I was out of state caring for my daughter with cancer surgery when the process begun. I was first told that I did not get the job prior to leaving. When I was out of state they called and said they wanted to offer me the position because the other person they had did not disclose that they were already in the process of receiving another offer. They told me that I shouldn’t think of it as a consolation prize. They sent me the information to fill out. upon filling it out, I informed them about my identity theft. I had offered the proof of this only to be told they hadn’t received it after I had sent it twice and sent the proof of it being sent. As a matter of fact one individual personally attacked me, passed judgement and was very unprofessional. This was my dream job, but ultimately declined the position based on the poor behavior of the so called talent agent. I will personally reach out to the company to explain why I withdrew my offer letter. If you are looking for a job, take the extra steps to research the recruitment agency and its staff. As this is not a good look for the companies they represent.

YPP has been our HR expert and managed our payroll for several years now. Their expertise in all things HR, especially during Covid, has been invaluable. UPDATE: 12/1/2023 PP continues to crush it for us. Our payroll is done on time.
