Called in to ask for a few questions before hand was answered by an unknown man did not present himself. I simply had two questions to ask him and to be honest it was only a one way communication with him. I managed to be able to ask him one of the concerns I had, which was if he offered networking related jobs and said no. Going for my second questions I was quickly and abruptly denied the chance to ask the simple question of how much was it to rent a pair of hard steel boot, but because there a whomping 3 people waiting on the line, he quickly went back to one way communication . You should invest in a queuing system for your phone so people can wait while listening to music and be able to know in how long their call will be answered. This would insure that the person handling the phone call would not crumble under the pressure of all those phone calls. In all honesty, I would never deal with such company that treats people with so low respect. To whom answered my call at around 13:15 the 9/18/17 should receive the 2017 award for “Commiment to offer the worst customer service”.
– Phone communication is a full duplex method of communication. Why only use half of its potential?
