My experience at YEP was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, as the current level of service is far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend YEP based on this experience.

It’s amazing I work there right now for team Oakland got my first paycheck excited to get my next one and saving most of the money for a PS 5 only need a bit more i will be a returning person to work there next summer and if anyone had kids in highschool I would recommend

I am highly disappointed with the service received from this organization. The staff is unprofessional,rude, and lacks the ability to properly lead our youth by setting a positive example. My daughter who is 15 and I her mother had to fight with these people for her to be paid for the work she did . When I asked valid questions I was very rudely addressed, talked over, and treated as if I were a child .Steer clear of this place . Our youth deserve to receive the proper guidance and mentorship in an effort to help them succeed and excel. Don’t put your children through the stress and uncertainty of not being paid for work , or treated with respect and dignity . Jamba Juice Target Baskin Robins are a few other options for our youth
