How can the ones in charge of Salinas two sessions make it like the family look like bad people all the way around. I’m just asking (why?!!!!) Ps. Please bring back old and new doctor who back, the secerit, farscape, ocean girl, spelle binders, sliders, the beach, and countless of episodes with and movies. If not I will cancel my account. The reason is the por and rely bad showings you all have on your streaming. I know how much it does mean to you all to pay all showings employees and everything else. By adding the list with other showings that can boost your ratings please do so. Then I will be more than happy to let others know about Netflix and all good shows from the 80’s 90’s 2000’s and so on. This is the best opportunity you can get from someone whom can make a good personage of income for you all. The only money that will be exchange will be to you all from paying viewers. So overall ask the none and true watchers to see h9w to bring old current and potential viewers to bring in more money to you all.

Not Military friendly service. Called to try to get figured out how to use the service while deployed they said they would send an email with what I needed to do. The email states that I needed to give them the IP address for where I am, I had informed them that I get moved around location to location and that I don’t stay in one spot for very long, so there is no way for me to give them a IP address. Second, they want to know what base I am staying at again I am deployed where I move location to location I am not on a military base. If you are in the service, don’t waste your money on this trash of a company. Save your money and get a different streaming service.

My bank sent me an email letting me know I had been charged by Neflix twice. I checked my bank account and they had been charging me twice since March 2024. I contacted them. The first person the helped me was nice, but he told me they will only refund me for the last month, eventhough he acknowledged that the other account was fraudulent. When I asked what the other email on this account was, he said is not your email. I asked to speak with his supervisor. Her name is ALEX, she basically repetead the same words as the first person I spoke with, and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she said NO, i will not transfer you becaude they will tell you the same. ALEX also refused to give me her ID number or last name so I can submit a complain. She refused to transfer my call. NEFLIX, where is your customer service? You charge me twice, acknowledged a fraudulent account but will not give me my money back. I am speechless! What kind of company does this?
