My bank sent me an email letting me know I had been charged by Neflix twice. I checked my bank account and they had been charging me twice since March 2024. I contacted them. The first person the helped me was nice, but he told me they will only refund me for the last month, eventhough he acknowledged that the other account was fraudulent. When I asked what the other email on this account was, he said is not your email. I asked to speak with his supervisor. Her name is ALEX, she basically repetead the same words as the first person I spoke with, and when I asked to speak with her supervisor she said NO, i will not transfer you becaude they will tell you the same. ALEX also refused to give me her ID number or last name so I can submit a complain. She refused to transfer my call.
NEFLIX, where is your customer service? You charge me twice, acknowledged a fraudulent account but will not give me my money back.
I am speechless! What kind of company does this?
