In my 8 years of recruiting experience I’ve worked within several Industries from Oil & Gas to the Food Industry. Working in a new Industry with Xelerate (and in a short amount of time) I can quickly see and FEEL that the company/ownership cares about their employees’ stability, mental health, and ensuring we have all the support and tools to be successful.
