I had an frustrating experience with WSC Staffing, and I feel compelled to warn others about their lack of professionalism and support. From the beginning, it became clear that this agency is more interested in collecting your information than actually helping you find meaningful employment. The entire experience felt like a waste of time, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for serious job assistance. First and foremost, the communication at WSC Staffing is absolutely horrendous. Getting a hold of someone is nearly impossible. I would call repeatedly during business hours and often find the phone either ringing endlessly or the call going straight to voicemail. When I did manage to get through, the staff was either unhelpful or seemed completely disinterested in my inquiries. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses, and even then, the replies were vague and uninformative. It felt like I was being brushed off rather than being assisted. What was even more frustrating was their complete lack of effort in actually helping me secure a job. After filling out all the necessary paperwork and submitting my resume, I was left in the dark. I didn’t receive any real updates on job openings, and the few opportunities they mentioned were either irrelevant to my skill set or already filled. They promised to get in touch with employers on my behalf, but nothing came of it. It was as though they simply didn’t care about actually connecting me with any real employment options. Throughout the entire process, I never felt like WSC Staffing was working for me. They didn’t seem interested in learning about my experience or the kind of job I was looking for. I felt like I was just another number in their system, waiting for some miracle job placement that never came. The lack of follow-through was infuriating—emails went unanswered, and phone calls were often ignored or delayed for days. It made me wonder if they were even actively working with employers to find positions for job seekers or if they were just pretending to help. Overall, WSC Staffing is a completely unprofessional and ineffective staffing agency. They don’t return calls, they don’t follow up, and they don’t seem to care about matching you with a job. If you’re serious about finding work and want an agency that will actually put in the effort to help, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I wasted weeks waiting for them to help me, only to be left disappointed and frustrated. Do yourself a favor and avoid WSC Staffing—they’re not worth your time.
