Empty office, we couldn’t even meet anyone. I send an email, they tell me to move. I move around, and I find myself facing an inscription on a closed door that tells me to send an email! If you send an email we will send you an automatic email to tell you to move!!!!!

The Tunis office is helpful and does its job correctly except for a few shortcomings to improve.
on the other hand the Montreal office is the worst immigration office that could ever exist, they seek to extort you with all means, to make money without making any effort.
I paid for the processing of my file in full with this firm, when I arrived, my PR card was sent by mistake to their address, imagine, they asked me $75 to get it back, and the best thing is All my friends were victims of this company in the same way, imagine 100 people *$75, that was a lot of easy money.
Their office is closed, they don’t answer the phones, Lack of respect towards their clients, and lack of professionalism, an office to absolutely avoid.
