Bastrop Workforce Solutions is GREAT! It has been a God send to my two sons who’ve needed help getting their life path straight going to school. I was told about the help that they off from a co-worker of mine and I reached out right away. Mrs. Carolyn Green (of WOIA) got back to me so quickly and “hit the ground running” helping my son, and me (since we had never done this process before). She’s AMAZING!! Since day 1 she has been dedicated to my son’s success- she always shows up for us! She constantly goes above the call of duty- I don’t know how we’d get through this without her! And now she’s also helping my other son- we are beyond blessed! Sooo..Thank you Mrs. Green, from the bottom of my heart! VR services is another great program! Thank you Michelle Dodson and Katie Graves for always showing up for us through this service as well! Your kindness and helpful natures are very much appreciated! Y’all ROCK! Everyone from the moment I walked through the door each time to the moment I walked out was extremely nice and professional with me. Marine is the best! She got me all kinds of help with the wioa program. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was sanctioned by the agency for to coming into the workforce center forthe job search orientation for snap after I told them multiple times that I was working at the health and human services commission in bastrop As a twa I. Venetian of that random I didn’t get my the months following my job loss as a went hungry because of it. Abrogated I think I’m going to give 3 Suarez bc that’s just not right. I wish they would make it right with the food stamp office.

– 5 star rating… I just called to ask if tax service is being provided per a google search I found today from 5-7. First the woman answered the phone with a very “put out” hello. I had to ask if I had the correct phone number. Her answer was one word “yes.” Then silence… I then asked about the tax prep help service, again a VERY put out leave me alone tone one word answer, “yes.” I hung up at that point… I hope her supervisor sees this review. Simply uncalled for phone behavior. Get some training in proper phone etiquette.
