It was the worst experience I ever had. Employees aimlessly walking from corner to corner, not knowing what to get themselves busy with. This place had literally just me and another person waiting to be helped. All I needed was for my employment history to be pulled up. Waited for over an hour, and then finally, the person who greeted me at the door said to come back on Moday. Couldn’t he just tell me right away. There was still 6 hours till their office closed, yet no one was willing to help me.

walked in with a simple question and they put me at a desk and made me wait for 1.5 hours before I went to ask how long the wait was, and they told me they couldn’t help me. it’d have been nice if they could have just told me they couldn’t help me instead of wasting my time.

Everything I needed was available to help resolve my benefits delays. Still no benefits but very good support and options to help me deal with my problem with a less than desirable employment experience. Besides the training program help to enroll in one, the new computers, free printing, faxes and reference material all were very helpful. Plenty of parking spaces plus wheelchair access for those who require it are also available. It’s on a major bus route too.
