Good work environment and culture. They are emphatic towards their employees’ needs and work to maintain work life balance. There are some really good managers. Motivated peers, learning & growth opportunity. Supportive manager and team members.

The organization provides a fast paced environment where an employee can grow and push boundaries, in turn gaining a lot of experience.
