It is recommended to book an appointment which can be done via phone or internet. If you book it and have all the documents you need, everything is good easy and fast. Now it is working as it should. If you have a problem it will probably be related to your actions then employees.

Disaster! Arrived at 08:30 , served at 12:00!!! I wasted a full day for a paper I can basically get by post. And all the staff is rude and don’t care. The system of ticket is a joke, it was written 7 people ahead of me, I got served after 70… Really the worst experience ever in a public office. Be ready to waste your day here.

I’ve scheduled my appointment so it may be different from others’ experiences, but overall cannot complain about anything.
Was waiting for about 5 minutes and it took about 5 more to resolve my issue. Workers were polite and nice.
The waiting room looked nice and spacious, there were enough seats for people to sit in.
I am fluent in Czech and made my appointment through via call 3 weeks in advance (they are really busy) so this might have played a role but I don’t think so.
Anyway, I’d recommend everyone to schedule their appointment in advance if they are not in hurry, it can be worse experience otherwise.
