Don’t waste your time with this agency. Despite being overqualified for multiple positions, I never heard back—even after expressing willingness to take on lower-level roles just to make some extra money. On top of that, they expect you to do the work of chasing them down. Instead of actually staffing people like a real agency should, they told me to call back and check in about potential jobs. Isn’t that supposed to be their job? What’s the point of a staffing agency if I have to hunt them down for work? To make things worse, their process is ridiculously outdated—expect to fill out a handwritten application like it’s 1998, only to be rushed out the door with zero results. They claim to have industry connections, but in reality, they provide little to no actual assistance. If you’re serious about finding work, skip this place and go to Eastridge Workforce Solutions instead. I’ve worked with them directly (Nadia)—both as an employee and in leadership—and they actually do what a staffing agency is supposed to do. This place is a complete joke—don’t waste your time.
