A little disappointed with the staff here after very little detail given and details that are given are not explained very well, rates offered actually include holiday pay, so found out after a week of asking for Staff to get back to me, people not entitled to any holiday unless they take a pay cut.. This was not explained when signing up. Staff do not answer phones. This agency should make it clear to employees what there actually paying and the details of employment. Good luck people..
Besides the lack of details given, work has been consistent.

Absolutely disgusted with the way I’ve been spoken to, if they’re treating employees like that before they even start there imagine how terrible they would be to work for! demanding me to phone them and because I can’t drop everything I’m doing for them, just leave if I can’t answer the phone I can’t answer simple ring back at a more decent time. If you value your time don’t even bother with this agency they have 0 respect for there employees or themselves. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I have had to use to post.

Absolute joke of an agency!! Yous are a bunch of snotty jokes! Couldn’t make it to work because I was up till half 6 this morning trying to settle my 6 week old baby! Even though I’d tried phoning to let them know I wouldn’t be able to attend “oh I’m gonna put it down as we’re not gonna use you anymore” in a very snotty way pfft and? Never had no work off you’s anyway and I’ve been signed up for quite a bit, should be ashamed of yourselves!
