I have had a hassle free experience with Workforce. I am a new grad hygienist and I was able to find a full time position through them. They are very professional and friendly. You sign up on the Workforce app and upload the docs. Soon you will receive an onboarding call. With the app you can choose the days you want to work see shifts posted in real time and even broadcast your availability to several offices near you on the app. The staff is very friendly and you can actually text a real person, they are fairly quick at responding. And you don’t have to collect multiple T4s at the and of the year from each office you work at as they will do all your tax deductions and send you one T4 for all the shifts you have taken. Will start temping through them soon in June. I would totally recommend Workforce to anyone who is looking for Permanent and temping opportunities within dental field.
