Great place in a very convenient location. Used it for the day to setup time with a coworker from Boulder (I live in Denver). It was incredibly convenient location for us both. The facilities are brand new, and everything is very nice. It was super quiet in there, and all the tv’s were nice! Plenty of parking, beats parking downtown!

We have wanted to develop a flexible office at 9191 Sheridan for many years, and now we are doing it! This location has:
1) Quick access at the Boulder Turnpike and Sheridan Blvd interchange. It’s only 20 minutes to Boulder or Downtown Denver and 25 minutes to DIA.
2) It has excellent nearby amenities, including Downtown Westminster and Westminster City Center.
3) On-site free parking is abundant, with easy access to the building.
4) The building is on a hill, so there are great views in all directions, including Pikes Peak, the Flatirons, Long’s Peak, and the east.
Finally, we own the building; it will be entirely dedicated to flexible office use for local business owners. It will be a unique and supportive environment.

I absolutely love this coworking space! As a photographer constantly on the go across the Front Range, this location is a gem. Its proximity right off the Boulder Turnpike makes it incredibly convenient, not to mention the stunning views.
The new ownership has truly been a game-changer. The improvements they’re making to the building are fantastic, and it’s clear they’re committed to creating an incredible space for everyone. Whether I need a quiet place to focus or a comfortable spot to meet with clients, this space checks all the boxes. Highly recommended!
