Horrible experience first off they ask what u wanna be paid instead of offering whats fair . Then trying to turn in your time is a nightmare the job site is a mess tools better be on a leash or they’ll disappear then you get fired for asking for them back and a raise because the green guy that’s making 4 bucks more then you and has to borrow your tools cause he don’t have any of his , so yah I’ma speak up in saying hey show me the money . Then you get fired right before your shift no heads up no call just a text and no one to receive your calls . This work daze has my mind I’n a haze .. I still feel like I might not get what’s owed to me in I’m for sure not getting my klein dikes back or Milwaukee impact , in I didn’t talk bout my pay it was spoken to me I didn’t ask or say anything I just heard and seen the indeed post showing the pay scale , this is completely unfair in I wanna show how they do people .. telling you I talk to you probably seven different people trying to figure out how to turn in my time and no one would help me and all I would get back is attitude like it was irritating for them to help me do their job or to help me figure out how I’m supposed to turn in my time. Pete the supervisor for knights electric told work days that I was being disrespectful the only thing that I ever did that was remotely close to being disrespectful was when I asked him if he seen my side cutters in the morning or during the beginning of my shift he didn’t really care then when I got pissed off because my impact went missing at when I got back from lunch I’m like I didn’t think I had to haul my tools around everywhere with me I don’t understand how that’s disrespectful because I was upset my tools are going missing so anyways I’m getting fired over all this and all in all it was a cool job and I liked it and I was working hard and everything seemed to be going good I don’t know why I’m being punished I’m just trying to find work
