Perfect place for working with comfy zones and everything so modern and makes me feel wholly in cozy zones. Great Wi-Fi and security is well. The manager of buildings very helpful ans share positive vibes.

*Updated review* I’ve been using this coworking office for two years now and I absolutely love it. The people here are friendly and considerate of the shared office space. It’s not noisy compared to other coworking offices that I’ve visited. The office managers and the rest of the team are all lovely, welcoming, and super helpful. They are a nice friendly team, and they want people to feel comfortable and take care of everything. I really appreciate how thoughtful they are on special occasions such as Christmas with little treats and cards, and other details they have with members. One of the best things about this coworking space is that it’s pet-friendly, and I absolutely adore the dogs, Bear and Bailey, which are very well-behaved. They bring a positive mood to the office. The office itself is modern, spacious, and well-lit both artificially and naturally due to the nice bottom-to-top windows, making it a great place to work. The location is also super convenient since it’s only 5 minutes from the train station. They offer free tea and coffee, which is a great perk, and they organise other events such as breakfast (including gluten-free options, which is very thoughtful and I appreciate), or networking opportunities every month, plus other events a bit less often, inviting brands (e.g. Revolution, Flight Club, Gaucho, Malmaison, North Brewing) at lunchtime or by the end of the day for some free snacks and drink tasting or other freebies which are a great plus and make going to the office exciting. There is always something in the calendar, which is nice 🙂 There are plenty of desks available, with enough space for all your stuff, and good separation from the person next to you. I use hot-desking, which has always worked out well for me. They have various membership options available, and I really like that they offer a pack of flexible drop-in day passes that work for my needs. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and I haven’t had any issues with it. Overall, I think this coworking space is great and by far the best one I’ve tried in Leeds. The environment is excellent, and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend giving this coworking office a try!

I visited all the Co-Working/Dedicated Desk service providers in Leeds and surrounding areas and found that 2Work was by far the best on price point. Conscious at the time that the lower price point could potentially result in a lower standard of service i visited the office with an open mind. How wrong i was, the facilities are excellent, plenty of room, excellent residents and co-working people alike. The 24hr access, concierge staff, cleaning staff and most notable Odean and Lily who manage the office are exceptional. You will not be disappointed with their welcome, positive personalitys every single day and it is just frankly, an amazing place to work at. They run weekly/bi-weekly events with local businesses and restaurants such as Cut and Craft and Ryde etc which is amazing and the tea/coffee is all free which is out of a lovely machine whereby you can choose a latte/cappuccino etc. Would highly recommend, don’t be put off by the cheaper price, i’m actually curious how they make any money with the level of service they provide.
