I applied for the technical recruiter role at this company. Within 24 hours, Raghu sent me an InMail message on LinkedIn stating that my resume had been shortlisted and they had scheduled a walk-in interview the next day. I replied, confirming my availability, but received no response. During the interview, the manager pointed out gaps in my employment history and education, ultimately rejecting me based on those grounds. To add insult to injury, while I was still in their office interviewing, the recruiter sent me a rejection email for a same position I had applied for earlier. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Just because a company has an office in the embassy doesn’t excuse such disorganized and disrespectful behavior towards applicants. There seems to be a complete lack of coordination between the founder and the team.

I Attended the interview on last Saturday really it was not that great experience. The way the panel behaved is not that much fair . I think “Shreyansh Bajpai” has to learn how to treat people, Being senior manager . you know right when you’re coming for interview you are an outsider coming for taking experience and learning and meeting new people coming very far and taken effort for interview. The interviewer covered many deep dive questions on Technical side as if he is hiring for developer. He didnt ask coding except that he covered all questions in tech . I told him clear I don’t know and it’s not required for Recruiter I may be wrong here but the way he reacted is unfair. he started arguing. Why it’s not required you did engineering you have experience on this how you can’t answer this? In an interview, it is obvious that a many people know don’t know many things. a good member or mentor can guied in this way “you have area here you have to learn” . this guy is completely opposite started judging people then and showing his dominance is not right. Really I want to wish him best This message after the reply… Sir i understand you are transparent to your work , as i already told in review. Your way of treating people is not good and I Have not posted just because i have got rejected in frustration am telling . The way your colleague shrenyansh treating people he should understand how to talk in interview . after interview we can see your work culture that its not that professional.
