They lack basic patience it’s unrealistic to expect everyone to know everything. Instead of explaining calmly, they make the other person feel dumb. So unprofessional, and they don’t even bother to introduce themselves before jumping into the matter.
Update – I believe they were expecting a sugarcoated response, but I prefer to be honest with my feedback. Just because they couldn’t accept it doesn’t mean it wasn’t genuine. I don’t believe in giving fake praise just to please someone.
