RACIST and unprofessional. My friend is a graduate student in healthcare, soon to be done and had this agency call her unprompted. The woman she spoke with said she wouldn’t have called my friend if she had heard her accent and knew she was on an OPT visa. The recruiter was argumentative and wouldn’t even say what hospital the position was at! The recruiter tried to screw my friend by pressuring her to take a chance on the job with the POTENTIAL of being converted and sponsored. My friend kept explaining if the hospital doesn’t sponsor by the end, she would be out of time to find sponsorship and could get deported. Winston’s contracts are apparently binding as well, so she wouldn’t be able to leave the job without penalty. This is an unacceptable way to operate or treat people. She is too nice to write this review.

Spoke to Sharon Rosen after she received my application through LinkedIn. It was an absolute nightmare talking to her. I can tell she is of senior age based on the way she talks down to clients on the phone. She was asking the most strange questions ever like if the place I worked at represented the county, which is weird because I never put I had a government based clientele. It was also apparent that based on the skills on my resume I did Plaintiff’s work (obviously defense firm’s dont commence lawsuits). It is obvious she didn’t read my resume thoroughly and her tone of voice is dreadful, it felt like an old dentist pulling teeth one by one, her ways of getting to know your skill set is lackluster. When I pointed that out to her she finally decided to give me the floor to be able to introduce myself and elaborate on my background better, but then I changed my mind because I realized she was just another recruiter who was going to make this big profile on me with thousands of irrelevant questions, then I would have no clue if they legitimately do anything or just let your profile sit there and rot in their system.

I don’t trust these staffing agencies I applied to 1 and all of a sudden I have all these different people calling me and messaging me everyday! Be careful with these things and applying online a lot of FAKE JOB POST IN NYC if I were you I’d just apply to the actual job website or contact anyone directly that works there. Also when applying to job at external websites such as indeed, linked in, etc. my advice is to make sure that the job is real by researching it on Google and making sure that job has a real address and real number before applying.
