Spoke to Sharon Rosen after she received my application through LinkedIn. It was an absolute nightmare talking to her. I can tell she is of senior age based on the way she talks down to clients on the phone. She was asking the most strange questions ever like if the place I worked at represented the county, which is weird because I never put I had a government based clientele. It was also apparent that based on the skills on my resume I did Plaintiff’s work (obviously defense firm’s dont commence lawsuits). It is obvious she didn’t read my resume thoroughly and her tone of voice is dreadful, it felt like an old dentist pulling teeth one by one, her ways of getting to know your skill set is lackluster. When I pointed that out to her she finally decided to give me the floor to be able to introduce myself and elaborate on my background better, but then I changed my mind because I realized she was just another recruiter who was going to make this big profile on me with thousands of irrelevant questions, then I would have no clue if they legitimately do anything or just let your profile sit there and rot in their system.
