am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent interview process I went through with your consultancy. I was informed last week that I had been selected, only to be told today that I have been rejected. This inconsistency is not only unprofessional but also highly discouraging for any candidate.
Moreover, during the process, I received 13 calls from your team regarding the interview. However, after the interview, I have been trying to get an update and there has been no proper communication or response from your end. This kind of treatment shows a lack of respect for the time and effort of candidates.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the way you communicate and handle candidates in the future. Every individual deserves clarity, consistency, and respect throughout the recruitment process
