Sam’s professionalism and knowledge is a testament to the good standing relationships that she has built with Employers. Sam spent of lot of time helping me get the details I needed to make an informed decision, which helped ensure that I was getting the best outcome. Sam also spent a lot time making sure the employer got a good understanding of my capabilities and experience, so they could make the right decision for their company. Far too often I have had brief experiences with Recruiters whose main aim is to move people around the industry but Sam is looking to help businesses get the right people in the right seats to ensure longevity within the company.

Started browsing linkedin for new employment. Sam from Willow recruitment found me and made contact immediately. Suggested a position available and set me up with an interview within a couple of days. Sam followed up with me before and after interview as well as with employer.
