On March 4, 2025, I applied with Wide Effect through ZipRecruiter for a position I’m incredibly qualified for. I received several emails saying that Wide Effect has reviewed my application multiple times. On March 6 2025, I received a phone call, with a brief interview, in which I was told by the agent he would call me back that aftenoon. 5 days passed and no call-back. I reapplied on March 12, 2025 the new application has again been viewed multiple times and still zero communication from the agent and agency. If were that unprofessional in any step of the application process, I would ultimately be disqualified as incompetent, unable to follow directions, unable complete simple tasks or all three. My having a position, to care for myself and family, is just as important as your needing to fill it. And if for whatever reason I’m not the “person for the job” please have the decency to share that information so I can move on with some kind of understanding. I no longer care if I’m considered or not, just be better. This process is a two-way street.
