Here is a detailed review for future tenants. My rating is based on value for money. If I were to just consider value, it would probably be 3 stars: These apartments are on the older side but overall they are decently maintained. Do not expect anything fancy. If we consider the price, the value you get is pretty good in my opinion. The apartments are pretty spacious and I have had a good experience with the leasing office. Specifically, Desiree has been very helpful throughout my stay here; from move in until now. One of my favorite parts is that it is a very quiet neighborhood! I’ve never had any noise issues or felt unsafe. Maintenance is just ok, it can be a bit slow sometimes. I did have a roach issue even though my apartment was always kept clean, but it got addressed promptly. From what I am hearing, Austin and roaches go hand in hand and also it is more common for older buildings to get them. Overall, if you are looking to save some money and do not mind being a bit more North then it is a good choice. I’ll make sure to update if anything changes!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Obviously if you have a super tight budget and this is all that’s available in your price range it is still better than homelessness. With that said this is an awful property to live at. There is mold in the units. Your hvac system is not maintained properly and will over work its self causing leaks in your ceiling as well as $300-$400 a month for electric bills even if you turn it off at night or when not home. Maintenance is useless as even with “high” priority cases they can sometimes take over a month to even look at the issue let alone fix it. Maintenance also says they have an on call emergency person but they still do their best not to come out for an emergency or just lie and say they will be there at 8 am when their day starts but just not show up. Management is completely indifferent to any and all concerns you may have about living conditions and potentially bad neighbors who harass you. Whatever you do, do your best to find a different place to live.
