My experience with Wheeler Staffing Partners was amazing and incredible. Brianna, my recruiter, was amazing to work with. Let me tell you she was on it. She had awesome communication and was very understanding of your needs and wants. I will say she has left an impression on me that I will never forget. Brianna was in contact with me daily from start to finish I never felt over whelmed or in the dark in any way. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made me believe in myself again. I want to thank her personally and Wheeler Staffing Partners for allowing such amazing people to work there. I’ve worked at Wheeler Staffing Partners for almost three months now, and I can safely say that this is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The executives are friendly and accessible, my coworkers are kind, and the environment is centered around learning and adaptability. I started out as a Junior Recruiter, and, in only three months, have been promoted twice. Being at a company that values employee growth and engagement is a big deal! PS: WSP has a water filter and not every company can say the same.

Wheeler has been the best company I’ve ever worked for! They offer the best work-life balance with managers who trust you to get the job done. The variety of projects has allowed me to expand my knowledge and grow in my career. I love the atmosphere, the autonomy, and the opportunity to continuously learn new things. The managers are incredibly encouraging, always taking the time to acknowledge employees, even with small gestures like never failing to wish me a great day before leaving the office.
