I’ve been here for 1 1/2 years and have not looked back. They are very transparent, value your opinion, help you grow, and hold true to their promises. It’s truly a family and if you have drive and want to succeed, Western won’t allow you to fail as long as you get back up. Cannot say that for any other company.

If you are considering working for this company be AWARE, they do shady work. They were cited and penalized for unpaid wages and delays in payments. Brandon and that entire team are incompetant, rude, and do not answer your questions or appropriately guide you.

I had an experience with Stephon Smith, who provided false information regarding a job listing. I asked him to no longer contact me. He then proceeded to continue to message me seven additional times, stating that I was confused. He is inappropriate, unprofessional, and has poor business behaviors.
