Work for these for 5 months only positive very responsive. Negatives are after 12 weeks they basically sack you and pay you from a different company and also holidays hours aren’t tracked very well should accrue at 12% per hour you work states in there contracts yet I worked 307 hours for them and got paid out only 20 hours holiday ( no notice before December to use holidays). Even if you took it from January I should have been paid 25 hours. This was a second job and they caused issues with my tax code. Other times I’ve had a second job this has not been an issue.

Working with west riding’s client under their agency contract. People are nice and easy to get in touch. Even though there is some issue about payslip but they always resolve the problem as soon as they can and get me update. Nothing bad experience with them. Much better than I worked with other agencies.
