While I’m so very appreciative of their general help and having my dad in their program, their customer service isn’t all quite there. My dad has been having health issues the last couple of months that I’ve needed to be in contact them, and they’re almost either non responsive or very laxed when they do, even if it’s a pressing issue. The receptions will talk to you like you’re a criminal and like you’re calling to steal ppl’s information and also when I call, whoever I need to talk to is rarely ever available and they always say they’ll call you back and never do.
