While I’m so very appreciative of their general help and having my dad in their program, their customer service isn’t all quite there. My dad has been having health issues the last couple of months that I’ve needed to be in contact them, and they’re almost either non responsive or very laxed when they do, even if it’s a pressing issue. The receptions will talk to you like you’re a criminal and like you’re calling to steal ppl’s information and also when I call, whoever I need to talk to is rarely ever available and they always say they’ll call you back and never do.

Such an amazing surprise to have found this organization for my mother who recently have her kidney transplant surgery. The Team from Coordinator, RN and Doctor are very nice and facility is very new. It has been a big help on getting medication refilled for my mom, she’s taking about 20 different kinds of medication currently, I have been calling in for refill different one almost weekly then run for pickup while I have to work and take care of for doctor appointments as well as going to appointments with her. PACE also have Dental facility and Physical Therapy on site. We are looking forward to using it. They do have laundry on site to help participants laundry if they can’t do at home. And even have a nice shower facility for those who can’t shower themselves at home. If you have any elderly you know could be benefit from it, should check it out. I can’t believe they have such a program existed. We are blessed!

This is the best experience for anyone considering to age at home! My mother has received the utmost care from her doctor, nurse, caregiver, pt/ot, and care team. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without the support from welbe to allow her to comfortably and humanely age at home. I am blown away with how wonderful welbe is and encourage anyone looking to safely age at home to call them right away. Thank you welbe!!
