I would like to top rate WW for many reasons some of them are as follows
1) you are treated like family – Remember one needs to participate in order for the other to reciprocate
2) There is room to make mistakes and come up with innovative solution- You are allowed to do what is best for the company
3) Though there are policies and procedure – Every one is entitled for their opinion and it will be heard. Some have influenced change as well.
