Terrible customer service at this branch went to different branch and was a total different experience need new manager at this location bad I will be banking with my credit union only going forward as soon as I can get a appointment to remove my money from here
Regrettably, I am unable to compose a new review, so I will extend my existing one dated 5-30-2025. On this occasion, I sent my daughter to this branch, which proved to be a significant misstep.
Upon her arrival, the staff informed her that she was unable to deposit cash into my account. Subsequently, they inquired about paying the bill I had there, but they requested my account number. I informed them that I did not have it and suggested using my Social Security number, which she declined. I have successfully used my Social Security number for numerous transactions in the past.
When I attempted to speak with her on the phone, she refused. I then requested her name, but she refused to provide it. My daughter noticed the name tag on her uniform, which read “Jayden.” I am uncertain if that is the correct spelling. However, she proceeded to remove her name tag, which is highly concerning. It is unacceptable for a bank employee to handle customer funds without identifying themselves and then remove their name tag.
As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this branch and am considering switching banks altogether. Despite being a loyal member for many years, the quality of the employees at this bank is extremely poor and downright unpleasant.
