Give zero stars if I could!! Them doctor assistance are beyond rude and don’t know how to communicate. There’s a person beyond those phone calls and donor list! Before you get handed your “degree” how about some communicate skills FIRST!

If I could give zero stars I would. My background check has taken over a month and now they can’t verify my education because they don’t have an option to select for current student. I chose the best appropriate option to match my education and now the company I am supposed to start with is rescinding my offer after a month of Turing other job offers down waiting. I’ve provided all documentation including transcripts, emailed, called and filed a dispute. They state there is nothing more we can do 🤦🏻♀️

I would give it a zero if I could , basically did my own background check with all the informs I had to provide them with . They take forever to upload documents. They will give you the run around , I called for a week straight trying to update them with my lab results and no one ever did anything. Just told me to wait 48 hours after a whole week of calling them they finally transferred me to a “manager” who sounded like he was annoyed at me making the call to complain at the lack of attention they put on their work. After speaking to him he closed my case. “Close as service not performed”.When I called multiple times to indicate I didn’t get my labs performed at the lab they were contacting.
Just horrible over all ! They do not care about doing their jobs .
