I want to share my experience. There have been ongoing issues that need attention: 1. Late Payments: Many employees, including myself, have experienced delays in receiving our salaries. This has caused financial stress for several of us. 2. Insurance Promises: The company initially promised health insurance during the hiring process, but this has not been provided as expected. This leaves employees without the coverage we were led to anticipate. 3. Onboarding and Off boarding Processes: The onboarding and offboarding processes are inefficient. For example, there have been instances where company laptops were not collected after employees left. Overall, these issues have created challenges for many employees and should be addressed to improve the working environment.
