After four years of cooperation, I will say one thing. The company lost many good employees in 6 months. Lack of promises regarding such nonsense as e.g. WIFI internet, which should be the basis nowadays due to the inability to buy a SIM card in Sweden, complete lack of accident insurance (a friend paid with his own money for a visit after an accident at work), no help from the office in refueling their car (700 km I had to take the car back by force), lack of control over the project, problems with paying out money and charging fees for registration in offices and other institutions that should not have places. It seems to me that if you charge 400 Sek/h from the contractor, at least the starting fees should be free. As a person who builds contacts with WCDI’s contractors, all I know is that the agency from Gdynia does everything to please the contractor, they applaud good employees for a while, and when they start asserting their rights, WCDI does everything it can. Are you having trouble working with the WCDI contract? forget anyone will answer the phone! Do you have an important trip and want to take advantage of your leave? Forget it, the contractor has deadlines and he doesn’t care if you work 12 hours a day. Who do I recommend? “professionals” with alcohol problems who have no dignity and no life in Poland. It’s not just my opinion. Together with the “old” team of about 30 people, we have the same opinion: from mid-2022, this company simply broke down. Greetings from Silesia! I don’t know how all the employees do their job, but when it comes to the “first contact” (reception?) and the HR department, they certainly lack personal culture and respect for people. I can only high five myself that I didn’t waste my time sending my CV there.

Good company. In my opinion, one of the best employment agencies. Conscientious workers.
