I am leaving this review for myself Andreas, I am firing you for my representation period. If you cannot return emails after 2 weeks even with a follow up email you are NOT the agency that I want to work with.
I have been a business owner my entire career and have always replied and engaged with my clients and team members.
An agent has fiduciary the responsibility and obligations to act in the best interest of another party.
How unprofessional, the owner of Helen Wells agency should look into this unprofessional behavior!

This place is super sketchy. I submitted an application to here and got accepted, went all the way to the meeting and they took me back into a room where they asked me basic questions and then after like 5 minutes sent me home. They said they would be in contact and would email or call me for if it was a yes or no but months and months go by and they never did. I tried messaging them but they never responded and I tried resubmitting and immediately got an automated response saying my application was denied and that they “can’t work with me at this time”. Personally I would stay away from this place as it’s very weird and distant and will not keep in contact with you even if you’re accepted. Try a different agency.

My daughter is new to Helen Wells and they have been amazing to work with so far.! They are quick to answer any questions you have. I feel they do an amazing job setting you up to be successful.
