KEEP AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.
gave me job as traffic marshall when i arrived on site the manager informed me he,s not looking for marshall but a labourer.

CSCS Laborer reporting:
Long story short the miscommunication has transited to bad communication overally. The agency was unable to inform me about the simple fact of “oveheads” deductions (bc umbrella agencies) and the Site Manager in this story was unable to explain himself so it became a toxic disfunctional relationship in a blinking. PS – I was able to arrange site (fences and safety protocols) for demolition under the supervision of a younger manager but, I wasn’t able to open a gate at the request of the manager in cause, so he became abnoxious and toxic. Money isn’t what u expect so get on your way for a simplier job.
